Terms and Conditions

Please review the following membership terms before submitting your application.

1. Scope of Membership

Membership provides professional guidance, educational support, training resources, information sharing, and professional-development support. It does not guarantee any specific academic, professional, publication, employment, research, networking, conference, admission, certification, or career outcome.

2. Duration and Activation

Membership lasts for twelve months from its activation date or the date recorded on this form, following full receipt and confirmation of the membership fee. Access to membership benefits ends when the membership period expires unless membership is renewed.

3. Fees and Non-Refundability

The membership fee is non-refundable, whether or not all membership benefits are used, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Any bank-transfer charges or other stated payment charges are the applicant’s responsibility unless expressly agreed otherwise.

4. Renewal

Membership does not renew automatically unless agreed in writing. Renewal requires new confirmation and payment of the applicable fee, subject to any updated terms presented before renewal.

5. Availability of Benefits

Benefits, opportunities, and programmes are subject to availability, eligibility, deadlines, and applicable registration requirements. Reasonable operational changes may be made to benefits, schedules, or delivery channels when needed.

6. Personal Membership

Membership is personal and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or shared without prior written approval. It does not include optional services or programmes that are subject to separate fees, registration procedures, or eligibility requirements.

7. Accuracy of Information and Communications

The applicant confirms that the information provided is accurate and complete and will notify the membership provider of any material updates. The email address and/or telephone number provided will be used as the primary contact details.

8. Conduct and Compliance

Members must use resources and opportunities lawfully and professionally, respect the rights of others, and comply with applicable rules. Members remain responsible for meeting the requirements of their employer, an event organiser, or any third party before taking part in an opportunity.

9. Privacy and Confidentiality

Personal data will be used to administer membership and communicate about membership services in accordance with the applicable privacy policy and laws. Members must not disclose non-public information or members-only materials in breach of applicable terms.

10. Suspension or Termination

Membership may be suspended or terminated for a material breach of these terms, misleading information, misuse of services, or unprofessional conduct. No refund will arise from such action except to the extent required by applicable law.

11. Applicable Terms

This form should be read together with the Terms & Conditions published on the applicable website. Where there is a conflict, mandatory legal requirements apply, and the remaining terms will be interpreted to remain effective to the greatest permitted extent.
